Hot day today! Cooling off with a homemade vegan coconut-blackberry popsicle! Blended the meat from one large young coconut with 3 tbsp maple syrup (dates work awesome also, I just don’t have any at the moment), 1/3 cup cashews, a little vanilla bean, and a bit of coconut water to get the blender going… then poured that mixture into some popsicle trays along with some crushed wild blackberries. A few hours later… Voila!

Thank you @freeleethebananagirl for making the Raw Til 4 food pyramid!! This is exactly how I eat 😋 I’ve lost 35lbs, overcome a gripping eating disorder, lowered my hereditarily high cholesterol, am no longer anemic, no longer have chronic candida issues, have more muscle than ever before, and most importantly: I’ve never felt so healthy and happy!!! This is not a “diet” and most certainly not a quick fix. Dedicate a year or two (not a week or two!!) to getting healthy and healing your body 😊✌️🍌 #inbananaswetrust
